Toothbudy does not warrant that Sites will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that Sites are free of viruses or other harmful components. Transaction initiated by anyone, if, does not result into a Success Transaction. In such scenario, It Should be address to the respective Bank/card issuing authorities. In case transaction performer does not view the Success Receipt then he/she needs to contact customer care service.

Refund Clause
If annual subscription is cancelled within a week from the date of payment, the subscription amount is refunded except Taxes and Bank Charges. Subject to non-utilization of any dental services no refund if any services availed. If annual subscription is cancelled within a month, 75% of subscription amount is refund except service tax and bank charges subject to non-utilization.
