Terms and conditions*
- All dental treatments included in the package are completely cashless. Any treatment other than that will be charged as per the cost set by toothbudy.
- This Policy covers You and 0 of Your Dependents & is valid only for 1 year.
- This Policy does not include dental crowns and bridges.
- Root canal treatment includes only of infected tooth having grade3 caries involving pulp.
- Package does not include previously treated root canal cases(re-rct) and intentional root canal treatment .
- Kindly use the Policy in a judicious manner and avoid unnecessary booking of consultations and treatments
- The terms and conditions of the offer can change at the discretion of the management.
- Members can use the plan cashless twice a year
- Processing time of 30-45 days is required by the administration to initiate the CASHLESS Treatment.
